NSSTA - National Structured Settlement Trade Association
Recognized by federal law since 1983, structured settlements are an excellent way for physical injury and wrongful death victims to protect their financial security.  Payments are free from federal and state income taxes.  They can also be tailored to a plaintiff's specific needs. Since 1985, the National Structured Settlements Trade Association has worked with attorneys, consumer activists and disability advocates to promote the benefits of structured settlements.

RIMS - Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.
The Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc. (RIMS) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing the practice of risk management.  Founded in 1950, RIMS represents nearly 4,000 industrial, service, nonprofit, charitable and governmental entities.  The Society serves more than 10,700 risk management professionals around the world.

NAMSAP - National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals
NAMSAP is the only non-profit association exclusively addressing the issues and challenges of the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute and its impact on workers’ compensation and liability settlements. Through the voluntary efforts of our members, NAMSAP is a forum for the exchange of ideas and is a leading resource for information and news in this constantly evolving area of practice. Charities


Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund

The Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund is a charitable organization whose membership is comprised of attorneys, doctors, insurance adjusters, Judges of Compensation Claims, administrators, rehabilitation providers and others whose primary employment is connected with the Florida Workers' Compensation Act. The fund awards scholarships to qualified students who are dependents or descendants of individuals who are injured in the course and scope of their employment within the state of Florida.

Sadler Elementary School
Sadler Elementary School is a public school in Orange Country, FL that is largely comprised of students who come from low income families. Medivest participates by delivering gifts to the children at Christmas time. In many cases, it is the only gift they'll get that year.
